Beautiful Waitlist is a tool for creating and publishing waitlist pages, made by the team at Beautiful Waitlist. If anything in this policy is unclear, email us at hello@beautifulwaitlist.com and a human will answer.

Creators, who build and publish waitlist pages with an account. And subscribers, who join a creator’s waitlist by leaving their email. We wear a different hat for each: for creators, we decide how account data is handled; for subscribers, we store your email on behalf of the creator whose waitlist you joined — it’s their list, we just keep it safe.

• If you create an account: your email address (you sign in with a one-time code we email you, or with your Google account — no passwords either way), and the pages you build.
• If you join a waitlist: the email you enter, when you joined, and — if you arrived through a referral link — which link referred you.
• For everyone: basic, aggregated usage analytics (page views, country-level location) via Vercel Analytics. This is cookieless and never tied to you personally.

We use your data to run the service: signing you in, hosting your pages, storing your list, and sending the emails that make those work (your sign-in code, a welcome note). That’s the whole list. We don’t sell your data, we don’t run ads, and we don’t track you around the web.

Choosing “Sign in with Google” shares three things with us from your Google account: your name, your email address, and your profile photo. We use them for exactly one purpose — creating your account and signing you in. We never see your Google password, we can’t read or touch anything else in your Google account, and we don’t share this information with anyone. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We set only the cookies needed to keep you signed in to your account. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers.

A few services help us run Beautiful Waitlist, and your data passes through them only to do their job: Supabase (our database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting and the analytics described above), Resend (delivers our transactional emails), and Google (only if you choose to sign in with your Google account). We share nothing with anyone else.

The creator owns their list and can export it. If you want off a list, the fastest route is contacting the creator — but you can always email us and we’ll remove you ourselves.

Creators can export their list as a CSV anytime and delete pages whenever they like. To delete your account and everything attached to it, email us and we’ll take care of it. We keep data only as long as you’re using the service.

Your data is encrypted in transit, and stored with Supabase’s security practices on top of our own. No system is perfect, but we treat your list the way we’d want ours treated.

Beautiful Waitlist isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

If we make meaningful changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means the new version applies.
